Refund policy

At Divine Dharma, we are committed to the authenticity of our products and the satisfaction of our seekers. Since we deal in sacred and natural items, our return policy is designed to ensure the spiritual integrity of every piece we sell.

1. 7-DAY REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE

We offer a 7-day replacement/return window from the date of delivery for the following conditions:

  • The product received is physically damaged or broken.
  • The product is defective (e.g., a broken clasp on a bracelet).
  • The wrong item was shipped to you.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS (SPIRITUAL PURITY)

To maintain the energetic sanctity of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been worn, used for meditation (Sadhana), or energized in your name.
  • Rudraksha & Karungali: Once these items come into contact with a person’s body, they absorb personal energy; therefore, we cannot restock them for other practitioners.
  • Pooja Items & Wellness Products: Items that are unsealed or used.
  • Customized Items: Any jewelry or mala made to specific size requirements.
3. NATURAL VARIATIONS

Please note that Rudraksha, Karungali, and Energy Stones are natural products. Variations in color, shape, size, and grain are natural characteristics and are not considered "defects." Such variations will not be eligible for replacement.

4. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return or replacement:

  1. Email us: Send an email to [Insert Email] or WhatsApp us at [Insert Number] within 48 hours of receiving the package.
  2. Visual Proof: You must include a clear photo or an unboxing video showing the damage or the incorrect item. We highly recommend filming the opening of your package for a seamless claim process.
  3. Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address. If reverse pickup is not available in your area, we will guide you on how to ship it back to us.
5. REFUNDS
  1. Approved Returns: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Method: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (for prepaid orders) or as a Store Credit/Discount Voucher (for COD orders) within 5–7 business days.
  3. Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.
