Shipping policy

At Divine Dharma, we take great care in ensuring your sacred items reach you in perfect condition and with the highest vibrational integrity. Each order is handled with reverence and packed securely to protect the natural energy of our products.

1. Processing Time
  • Standard Orders: All orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
  • Energized/Siddha Products: If you have requested a specific Abhimantrit (Energizing) service for your Rudraksha or Karungali, please allow an additional 24 hours for our experts to complete the Vedic cleansing process before shipment.
2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. For International Shipping inquiries, please contact our support team at support@divinedharma.com before placing your order.

3. Shipping Charges
  • Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders above ₹300.
  • Standard Shipping: For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹100 will be applied at checkout.
4. Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, the estimated delivery time varies by location:

  • Metros & Tier 1 Cities: 3–5 business days.
  • Rest of India: 5–7 business days.
  • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays caused by courier partners or extreme weather conditions.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your Tracking ID and a link to track your package in real-time.

6. Transit Damage

We use premium packaging to ensure your spiritual jewelry and pooja items remain safe. However, if you receive a package that is visibly damaged or tampered with, please:

  1. Do not accept the delivery.
  2. Take a photo/video of the damaged package.
  3. Contact us immediately at support@divinedharma.com.
7. Non-Availability on Delivery

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before returning it to our warehouse. Please ensure you provide a valid mobile number and complete address to avoid RTO (Return to Origin) charges.
